New Landscape Construction in South Lyon, Michigan

These clients were looking for a conservative formal look. I used upright yews, spaced properly, to backdrop boxwood throughout the front landscape. Repetition is a critical component in landscape design and as you can see here, we used it with textbook efficiency. I have an Autumn Brilliance Serviceberry anchoring one side of the landscape that grows upright, has white flowers in Spring, and red Fall color. Additionally we used a beautiful lace leaf Japanese Maple near the front door as a focal point. Its summer red color is picked up in the house brick and matches perfectly.
